Preference of PET containers over other material
Now-a-days, containers made of Polyethylene Terephthalate are quickly replacing PVC and glass containers because of their various beneficial characteristics. In comparison to other material, containers made using PET are preferred due to their high clarity, easy recycling, high resistivity to impact, chemical, average scratch, temperature ranging from -50 degree Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Based on aforementioned features of PET, containers made using this material are highly demanded in the food and packaging industries.
Taking this aspect into consideration, we offer PET Blow Molding Machine to help the food and packaging industry with easy manufacturing of containers. The mentioned machine has been designed using microprocessor control system for regulating the technical parameters in order to deliver more accuracy and stability. By adopting multiple blowing techniques, residual stress can be minimized in order to eliminate the shrinkage of containers while hot filling.
The process of forming plastics into different shapes and sizes is known to be Blow Molding. In common, the technique of blow molding can be classified into three types that include injection, extrusion and injection stretch blow molding. Initially, the plastic is melted down to form a parison or preform, depending upon the type of molding. Then the air is blown into the parison, which has been clamped into a mold. Later, plastic is pushed by the pressure of air to the match the mold. After cooling of plastic is done, mold can be opened and part is ejected.
- Bottles produced using our offered Blow Molding Machine, are capable of withstanding temperature up to 100 degrees.
- Be it narrow bottle necks or the wide one, any kind of bottles can be made for storing edible oil, detergents, minerals, cosmetics, medicines, beverages, farm chemicals and many more.
- Mold can be easily adjusted and controlled using an integrated electric motor
